My journey to optimal vitality began at rock bottom. Struggling with my weight & body image from a young age, I immersed myself in athletics from T-ball to college softball, chasing confidence in my own skin. But along the way, I realized true health is an inside-out transformation. I went from sweating for pounds, inches, & a dress size, to sweating to make my outside match my inside.
Now, as I pursue my goal of staying as fit as possible while traveling to every country in the world, I’ve built a system that allows me—& others—to thrive no matter where life takes us.
